• RB Luxury Stays covers the monthly rent, offering peace of mind to property owners.
• Furnishing the rental space is taken care of entirely by RB Luxury Stays, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming environment.
• Utilities are managed and paid for by RB Luxury Stays, sparing property owners from additional administrative tasks.
• Lawn care services and other upkeep responsibilities are handled by RB Luxury Stays, maintaining the property's pristine condition.

With "Exclusive Haven," property owners can relax knowing that RB Luxury Stays is dedicated to managing their property with utmost care and attention.

NOTE: RB Luxury Stays is the tenant, paying the rent.

Under our "Prestige Management" service option, RB Luxury Stays provides comprehensive management services for property owners seeking to maximize their rental income without the associated burdens. With this option:

• RB Luxury Stays does not cover the monthly rent or mortgage payments; instead, the property owner retains this responsibility.
• Furnishing the rental space is the responsibility of the property owner, allowing them full control over the interior design and style. NOTE: We can assist with staging if needed.
• Utilities, as well as upkeep and lawn care, are the responsibility of the property owner, giving them autonomy over property maintenance.
• RB Luxury Stays, as the property manager, does not handle maintenance and upkeep tasks, leaving these responsibilities in the hands of the property owner.
•  RB Luxury Stays Manages the property and receives 20% of the gross profit from each booking 

Additionally, under the "Prestige Management" package, RB Luxury Stays retains 10% of each booking's gross profit in a retainer account, designated for necessary supplies, ensuring that the property remains in top condition for guests.
